Jones is tipped to win the show because he is a member of McFly. His bandmate Dougie Poynter won I'm A Celebrity in 2011 and Giovanna Fletcher won in 2020 and his McBusted bandmate Matt Willis won in 2006.

Giovanna Fletcher revealed she had given Jones some advice. She said: "I said to enjoy the experience. 'Cause I think, you know, so often people can say, 'But you'ed filmed 24 hours a day isn't that really intense?' No! Because so I think often now in, in everyday life and real life, we're so accessible all the time. You know, we're so aware of pings going off here, people knocking, everyone wants something all the time. Whereas when you're in there, you can only be in that moment and doing whatever you're doing."

She confessed: "I am so bad. Anything that makes me feel scared, I really do shy away from like I can't, I literally can't cope. My adrenaline goes, I go into instant fight or flight just when I flee the room have to watch things behind my hands. But I do keep getting cast in them. I ban myself from watching anything that's scary, listening to sad songs. Anything that puts me in a dark place I avoid."

Rupert Everett was also a guest on the show. He revealed his fear when he wrote to the producers of Emily In Paris to ask if he would be signed for the new series, and panicked when he didn't hear anything back.

Everett revealed: "It was really a great thrill being in Emily in Paris and I loved everyone. I'm keeping everything crossed that I make it into season four because, no, it was in season five or whichever it is. So hopefully I'm gonna be in the next season.

"When I heard the new season was green lit I immediately got on the typewriter, the computer, to write to Darren Starr, the showrunner. 'Oh, Darren, darling, I hear the shows are on and I would so love to be in it.' And I didn't hear a word back. I was just like, no, it's happening again. But then I'm not very good on the typewriter., and a friend of mine said you've got to send it again with a little CC thing saying, 'Just in case this didn't get to you.' And thank God. I did it again and he wrote back."

The One Show airs on BBC One at 7pm on weekdays.

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! airs every night at 9pm on ITV1, STV and ITVX.
