Hunt for men after duck found decapitated in car park

Police in NSW are asking for the public's help in identifying two men after a wild duck was found decapitated.

Authorities received reports of animal cruelty on Saturday relating to an alleged event in the car park of a club in the Southern Highlands.

Initial inquiries led police to believe two men chased a flock of wild ducks in the car park, before one of the ducks was caught and decapitated by one of the men, police said in a statement on Wednesday morning.

The two men left the scene before police were notified of the alleged incident.
