Hunt for 'mail thief' caught on camera at Melbourne apartment block

CCTV footage has been released in Victoria police’s search for a man who allegedly stole mail from a Melbourne apartment block.

Police say the man entered the block on Sturt Street in Southbank on May 11 at about 12.30pm, gaining access through the car park.

He then managed to get into the mail room where CCTV showed him opening several personal mail boxes before he allegedly stole the contents inside.
