MOSCOW, June 22 (Reuters) - The Kremlin described the EU sanctions that led Lithuania to block the transit of some goods from mainland Russia to the exclave of Kaliningrad as "absolutely unacceptable" on Wednesday, and said Moscow was working on retaliatory measures.
