House on Sydney's most Instagrammable street to sell for millions

A house for sale on one of Sydney’s most Instagrammed streets has attracted dozens of buyers in just days and is expected to sell for millions.

The three-bedroom terrace is located on McDougall Street in Kirribilli, which is known among locals and tourists for the stunning jacaranda trees. During spring the street is filled with those hoping to take a photo among the purple flowers.

Last week, number 17 on the iconic street hit the market and after just 12 hours it received over 50 enquires from all over the world.

A buyer from Singapore is also flying to Sydney to look at the home.

The terrace has been put on the market with a price guide of $3.3 million to $3.6 million. It is open-plan, has two bathrooms and the original fireplaces.
