Distressing video shows moment dad killed in freak accident

WARNING – DISTRESSING DETAILS: Earlier this month, traumatic video emerged showing the moment a dad of two was killed, and his family injured, when a tree fell on top of the SUV they were travelling in.

Casey Skudin was driving through North Carolina, in the US, last month with his wife Angela and their kids at the start of a weekend away when the tree crushed their car.

Phone footage taken from within the vehicle, shared by the New York Post, shows the family travelling around a bend before a huge tree branch shatters the windscreen, sending everything inside the car flying.
