Horrific brawl sees staff, bystanders attacked at Sydney McDonald's

Vision have been captured of a shocking brawl inside a Sydney McDonald’s restaurant.

Frightened staff and bystanders were caught in the crossfire as they tried to stop the brawl before police arrested the two South Asian tourists.

One man shown in the footage is Pawan Shrestha.

His face is bloody as he’s been involved in the violent brawl but he’s not finished yet.

He can been seen in the vision punching a woman, who is also an innocent bystander he’s never met.

"Suddenly he punches the girl in the face I was so shocked," a bystander told 7 News.

The woman’s partner then retaliates and the fight continues.

Punches can be seen flying through the air in the vision.

Staff at the busy restaurant try to break the fight up but they're no match.

Clearly still angered by the assault on his girlfriend one man takes the opportunity for retribution, appearing to kick the alleged assailant on the ground.

"It was crazy, it's really crazy, they just punched a girl,” a witness said.

Police arrive quickly on scene and separate the two parties.

The offender's friend Norbu Sherpa sees the opportunity to run, but doesn't get far as an officer gives chase.

The two men have since been bailed but they were both forced to hand their passports over, as they are in Australia on holiday visas.

Police sources have told 7 News that the two parties are not known to each other and that the attack was unprovoked.

Pawan Threstha and Norbu Sherpa will face court in February.
