Home and Away star Tammin Sursok welcomes baby girl

Australian actress Tammin Sursok has welcomed a beautiful baby girl.

This is the second child for the former Home and Away star and husband Sean McEwen.

Taking to Instagram on Thursday (US time), the 35-year-old confirmed her little arrival was finally here.

“She’s here. And she’s perfect,” read a message shared on Tammin’s social media account.

“Huge congratulations beauty!” wrote fellow ex Home and Away star Kimberley Cooper, while Australian model and presenter Kyle Clarke said, “Congratulations lovely”.

Tammin, who shares five-year-old daughter Phoenix with husband Sean, recently opened up about her devastating experiences with two miscarriages.

The Pretty Little Liars actress fell pregnant soon after the birth of Phoenix, and miscarried just over three months into the pregnancy. Her next pregnancy also carried complications.

“The baby was developing, then it wasn’t, then it was, then it wasn’t. Every time I went back, the baby was fine and then not fine,” she said of the second miscarriage on Dr Berlin’s Informed Pregnancy podcast.

The actress also opened up about her decision to speak about her experiences.

“It took me a long time to share it,” she said.

“[But] if I can make one person feel less alone … Because it happens so much, I think it’s 1 in 4 [women].”
