Home and Away spoilers: Heather hurts Marilyn with dangerous plan

Last week on Home and Away, Heather (Sofia Nolan) targeted more residents, and Felicity Newman (Jacqui Purvis) accepted Tane Parata’s (Ethan Browne) proposal.

This week, Heather gets her revenge on Marilyn Chambers (Emily Symons), baby fever sets in and a new resident reveals their temper.

While Heather has fooled multiple Summer Bay residents with her sweet, charming facade, she starts to reveal her dark side this week.

She convinces Marilyn to come out into the countryside and invites Alf Stewart (Ray Meagher), Leah Patterson (Ada Nicodemou), Roo Stewart (Georgie Parker) and Irene Roberts (Lynne McGranger) for a ‘brunch’.

Marilyn quickly realises her friends are in trouble when she wakes up tied to a chair and watches helplessly as her friends arrive.

Emily tells Yahoo Lifestyle that Marilyn is ‘overwhelmed with guilt’, and that it’s ‘the worst possible outcome’.

“I don’t think she can quite believe what has happened and the situation that she finds herself in. It’s surreal for her,” she says.

Although fans despise the character Heather, Emily spills that the actress is actually really lovely.

“It was wonderful working with Sofia — she’s a delight. She’s a great little actor,” she says.

The cast and crew headed to Young to film this particular storyline in May, with fans enamoured by the country town.

“The trip to Young was amazing,” Emily remembers. “We loved going to a new location, it was so fun. And the people of Young were wonderful to us.”

Dean’s concern for Ziggy

The pitter-patter of little feet have been absent from Summer Bay for a while now, after baby Grace left with Tori Morgan (Penny McNamee) and Christian Green (Ditch Davey).

This is about to change, as Ziggy Astoni (Sophie Dillman) and Dean Thompson (Patrick O’Connor) prepare to welcome their bundle of joy.

Ziggy has been harbouring doubts over whether their baby will make it to term and shocks Dean when she abruptly cancels their 12-week ultrasound.

In a vulnerable moment, Ziggy reveals that she’s too scared to go through with any medical appointments in case there’s something wrong with the baby.

Sophie Dillman tells us that it has been confronting going through huge pregnancy milestones with her real-life partner by her side.

“All of a sudden, all these feelings and thoughts come into it like oh my god, what happens if we actually have a baby? Is this how it works? Will you be scared, I’m scared! Am I meant to be this sick?” she explains.

The star says that while their storyline is ‘great’ with ‘very common pregnancy symptoms’, it has been ‘weird’ trying to play a pregnant character.

“I don’t think you think about [pregnancy symptoms] properly until you’ve actually experienced them. But I’m fake experiencing them, so I now have to think about it,” she laughs.

“It’s really weird, but it’s been really fun. Really, really fun playing a pregnant woman with food cravings and nausea and mood swings.”

The couple will likely have more bumps in the road as they navigate this new path.

Bree’s husband reveals a temper

Remi Carter (Adam Rowland) is sweet on Bree Cameron (Juliet Godwin) — but she has been open about her marriage.

It hasn’t hit home for Remi because Bree’s husband Jacob is usually busy working as a fly-in, fly-out mechanic in the mines.

When he surprises Bree with a spontaneous visit to Summer Bay, he finds Bree having a cosy breakfast with Remi at Salt.

Things soon escalate and Remi finds out that Jacob has quite a temper. Is Bree at risk?
