Aldi shoppers lose it over hilarious chicken nugget find

Aldi shoppers are in hysterics after a mum made an accidental X-rated discovery in a seemingly innocent packet of chicken nuggets.

Adelaide woman Emma Smith opened the packet only to find two of the dinosaur-shaped nuggets fused together — some saying it looks like she had interrupted a rather intimate moment between the two.

"Found in a bag of Aldi dinosaur nuggets," the mum wrote in a post to the Aldi Fans Australia Facebook group, along with a picture of poultry reptiles on a baking tray.

"'Lazy Adelaide mum cooks son chicken nugget dinner and is shocked when she opens the bag,'" she joked in the caption.

Facebook users laugh over the 'intimate' frozen moment

The post quickly gained over 1000 likes with users commenting on the funny find.

"When a mummy dinosaur and a daddy dinosaur get frozen in a special moment," one Aldi fan wrote.

"What’s the problem? That’s how they make more Dino nuggets!" another replied.

"Oh my god - I'm totally offended by this! Think of the children! Their eyes! My eyes! aahhhh!" another woman joked while another declared it "food porn".

Despite the "naughty nuggets" giving the woman's Monday night a crude twist, fellow Aldi fans appreciated the humorous post with some thanking her for making them laugh.

"Made my day," a user wrote with many agreeing saying she "won" the internet that day.

Ms Smith said she couldn't believe the reaction the dinosaur nuggets caused on the page.

"When I first saw the nugget I couldn't help but laugh," she told Yahoo News Australia.

"I decided to post the nugget to the Aldi fan group I'm in because I think we all need a laugh in these times."
