An heiress and wellness guru has had a court-ordered curfew lifted as she gets set to battle allegations at trial that she had sex with a 14-year-old boy.

Savannah Daisley has pleaded not guilty to allegations she had sex with a teenage boy in late May 2021.

Ms Daisley did not appear in Sydney’s Downing Centre District Court court on Tuesday as her solicitor Bryan Wrench successfully applied to have her bail conditions changed.

Police allege the 46-year-old gave the boy alcohol before she allegedly had sex with him, the court has previously been told.

Ms Daisley, the daughter of champion horse breeder Ross Daisley, is due to face trial in the District Court next month after pleading not guilty to two counts of aggravated sexual intercourse with a child under 16.

It’s alleged she spoke to the teen over the phone and instructed him to stay quiet, the court has been told previously.

Ms Daisley earlier entered not guilty pleas and was committed for trial in October.

The court was previously told there would be a number of underage witnesses, including the alleged victim, who would testify via prerecorded interviews.

Ms Daisley was previously bailed on a string of conditions after posting a $100,000 surety.

As part of her conditional bail, she must live with her parents in the Southern Highlands, not contact any prosecution witness and not take alcohol or drugs unless prescribed by a doctor.

She was also ordered to abide by a curfew from 10pm to 6am.

However, that condition was on Tuesday erased by Judge Warwick Hunt, with the consent of the prosecution.

Ms Daisley runs a celebrity-endorsed business called Smart Cleanse.

She last week used Instagram to tell her 31,000-plus followers that she was facing “adversity” in her life.

“Hey beautiful souls … I’m sharing a story that taught me to embrace adversity as a gateway to becoming the best version of yourself,” she said.

“It’s a journey of getting stronger, fitter, more resilient, and healthier against all odds.

“Life often surprises us with its twists and turns, right? Sometimes unjust.

“About a year ago, I faced a storm of personal challenges.

“Instead of feeling constant heartache, at a certain point I had a bit of an awakening and decided to see adversity as an invitation to grow.

“I searched for the gifts within all the pain and I’m so grateful I did.”
