Heidi Klum’s year-old marriage to Tom Kaulitz appears to exist in an eternal honeymoon phase—if the couple’s steamy snaps are anything to go by, that is.
The 46-year-old shared the racy image on Friday showing the ex-supermodel and her 30-year-old husband in an eternity pool in Mexico.
In the photo, the Tokio Hotel guitarist lifts his wife, who is wearing a skimpy bikini, entirely out of the water while she throws her head back. “....as long as it’s you and I,” Klum captioned the pic.
The couple wed in early 2019 after Tom sought permission from his now-wife’s four children two months earlier.
According to a friend of the model, her future hubby confided in the children about his plans during another Mexican getaway last November.
Then, on Christmas Eve, he officially asked them for their mother’s hand in marriage.
“So Tom and the kids together worked on making a breakfast tray for Heidi that had coffee, flowers, and a ring box,” the friend told People.
“It was important for Tom to have the kids included in the whole thing, so they all brought the tray up to Heidi’s room and surprised her with breakfast in bed and then he proposed.”
Heidi later captioned a snap of the milestone moment simply, writing “I SAID YES,” in reference to the engagement.
However, before tying the knot, the couple faced intrusive comments about their age difference.
As Klum told InStyle in 2018, “My boyfriend is many years younger than me, and lots of people are questioning that and asking about it.
“That's really the only time when age seems to be shoved in my face and I have to give an answer for it. I don't really think about it that much otherwise. You have to just live a happy life without worrying too much about what people think because worrying is only going to give you more wrinkles.”
The former America’s Got Talent judge has been teasing vacation photos from, as she wrote this week, “somewhere else.”
In one shot, Klum sat topless by the pool, with her back to the camera. “Today will be what I make it,” she wrote in a hashtag.
