Harris wins Connecticut

Vice President Harris has won Connecticut, according to a projection from Decision Desk HQ.

Her victory was largely expected, given Connecticut has supported Democratic presidential candidates in eight consecutive elections since 1988. Democrats have won by double digits in each contest in the “blue wall” state since 1992.

President Biden carried the Constitution State over former President Trump in 2020 by nearly 20 points, while former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton beat Trump by more than 13 points in 2016.

Connecticut contributes seven Electoral College votes.
