The COVID-19 pandemic has continued to play an impacting role on people’s mental health and overall wellbeing. According to recent research conducted by Gympass, 69% of employees have experienced burnout since remote work was mandated. Informed by data from a recent global survey, Gympass found that nearly 95% of people say their wellness routine is important to their productivity at work. According to the Gympass global survey, 77% of respondents say that it’s important to them that their employer provides affordable wellness options, pointing to a clear call to action for employers worldwide. GLOBAL SURVEY METHODOLOGY

An international online survey of 9,000 employed consumers across South America, North America and Europe, ages 18+ was conducted by QuestionPro on behalf of Gympass, between September 7th and September 14th, 2020. The maximum margin of sampling error was +/- 3 percentage points with a 97 percent level of confidence.
