The incident took place on March 17 and was originally posted to this user's Twitter page along with the title: "When the cops show up to Gulf Shores."

In the video, rowdy Spring Breakers can be heard screaming explicit words at the cops before Mr Heady uses his strength and throws a football toward police.

"F--- the police," is heard as the incredible pass flies through the air before hitting a patrol vehicle, causing an eruption of high-fiving and cheering amongst the bunch.

The Gulf Shores Police Department posted a video on their Facebook page the following day which has since gone viral after issuing him an arrest warrant via social media.

"Hey Kameron, we found you. Great arm. Bad decision. An arrest warrant has been issued for you," the Police Department wrote.

"You can turn yourself in at Gulf Shores Police Department."

The warrant then flashes up on the screen showing that the student has been charged with "Harassment (Threat)".

Mr Heady's friends on social media made light of the fact he had an arrest warrant one friend wanted to ask police a "real question".

"Can we at least get the ball back? #RealQuestion," Hunter Conley tweeted back to police.

Since the warrant has been issued, the police department released a statement saying any consumption of alcohol is banned public beaches in Gulf Shores until April 17.
