Greg Norman has sparked a social media frenzy after posting what he thought was an innocent photo of him and his dog at the beach.

The Australian sporting legend took to Instagram on Monday with some cute pics of himself playing with his pooch on the beach in Florida.

“A man and his dog on a Sunday,” Norman wrote alongside the photos.

But what Norman thought were some innocent photos ended up revealing a little bit too much.

A number of fans pointed out a very X-rated detail in one of the pics.

“Ummm I cannot focus on the dog, my eyes were somewhere else,” one follower commented.

Another wrote: “Doesn’t leave much to the imagination!”

While a third commented: “Damn Greg save it for the OnlyFans. Absolute unit!”

The photos also showed off the 65-year-old golf champion’s insane physique.

“I work out a minimum of five days a week, sometimes six days. I always take at least one day off,” Norman said in 2018.

“I have a full gym at my house. I built it. It’s got a cardio room, a full weight room, free weights, all that stuff.

“At the end of the day, I do enjoy keeping fit at my age.

“I don’t have any ego about me, but I do love having a fit life.”

The former World No.1 won the Open Championship in 1986 and 1993, and was runner-up at the other three majors numerous times.

Greg Norman to take on Tiger Woods

Norman is set to do battle with Tiger Woods, with both announced as participants in the upcoming PNC Championship.

Formerly known as the Father/Son Challenge, the PNC Championship will be played at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club in Orlando from December 17-20 and feature major winners and family members as competing teams.

It marks the first time Woods, winner of 15 majors, and 11-year-old son Charlie will play the tournament that was last year won by Germany's Bernhard Langer and son Jason.

“I can’t tell you how excited I am to be playing with Charlie in our first official tournament together,” said Woods in a statement on the PGA Tour website.

“It's been great watching him progress as a junior golfer and it will be incredible playing as a team together in the PNC Championship.”

The young Woods has shown signs that he has some of his father’s golfing genes by winning his age group at a nine-hole US Kids golf event in August by five shots.

Past winners have included Jack and Gary Nicklaus, Raymond Floyd and Robert Floyd Jr as well as Craig and Kevin Stadler.

The PGA Tour also said Norman, Gary Player, John Daly and Annika Sorenstam will be taking part in this year’s event.
