Girl, 8, and man dead after horror crash on highway
A little girl and a man have died following a horror crash in Queensland.
The pair died after two cars collided on the Bruce Highway, at South Isis in the Bundaberg Region about 1pm on Friday.
The eight-year-old girl was a passenger in one of the vehicles while the man was the driver of the other car.
Both were pronounced dead at the scene. Two other people are in a serious condition in hospital.
The highway remains closed with diversions in place as the forensic crash unit begins investigations.
