Gemma Collins is not exactly known for her commitment to subtlety, so it's perhaps no surprise she's willing to shell out £700 to eat a steak dripping in gold.

The GC ordered the expensive dish at the Nusr-Et Steakhouse in Knightsbridge on a date night with her partner Rami Hawash.

Nusr-Et's new London restaurant is the latest addition to the brand's portfolio, and the 24k Golden Tomahawk steak is certainly an eye-catching menu item.

Collins shared images of her expensive meal on Instagram, as well as glimpses of the restaurant's owner — internet sensation Nusret Gökçe, known as Salt Bae.

Collins is one of the first customers at the new restaurant, which only opened its doors last week.

The 40-year-old reality TV star said Salt Bae had "the most amazing energy" and said his presence at the restaurant was "electric and fun".

She urged her followers to give the restaurant a try, though it's unlikely many will have a spare £700 to mimic her order.

Given Collins's openness about her desire to become the first female James Bond, it seems she is sampling the lifestyle of the high-flying spy just in case.

The star has spoken openly about her desire to have a baby with Hawash, in the wake of several miscarriages over the past few years.

"The baby is going to be adored. I haven’t had a baby yet, but I speak as if I have as I am trying to cosmic order it up," she said in July.

"I am going to be a chilled mum and I am not going to force my child into doing anything. It’s going to be so happy for me. The child is going to be like royalty."
