One of my favorite foods in the world is garlic. I absolutely love it, and I know many of you do as well! This magical bulb adds such a wonderful aroma and flavor to practically anything, be it stir-fries, marinara sauce, soups, stews, and even salads.

But chopping garlic is a time-consuming pain in the you-know-what. It's difficult to peel. The pieces often stick to your knife. And the cutting board can get pretty smelly and messy.
