Four pedestrians hurt in Melbourne crash

Four pedestrians, including a toddler, have been hit by a car that lost control following a two-car crash in Melbourne's CBD.

The little girl and a woman, aged in her 30s, were taken to hospital in a stable condition.

A man and a woman, also both aged in their 30s, have been hospitalised in a serious but stable condition.

The pedestrians were hit after two cars crashed and one lost control near La Trobe Street on Sunday afternoon, police said.

The collision is being treated as accidental and anyone who witnessed it has been asked to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
