Four costly cattle shot dead in NSW


Four costly cattle with a combined price tag of around $8000 have been found shot dead in northern NSW.

Two cows were found shot dead on a property at Cangai, west of Grafton, two weeks ago.

Two brahman bullocks were discovered dead at another Cangai property on the same day.

Police believe the attacks were carried out between Friday, May 13, and Monday, May 16.

The bodies of the cattle have undergone forensic examination and investigations are ongoing.
