Four men have been charged after a police chase involving a helicopter and road spikes to stop an allegedly stolen car.
Police tried to stop the car in Nundah, in Brisbane's north, at 9pm on Saturday when it sped off and crashed into two parked vehicles.
The car was tracked by a police helicopter but was not stopped until its tyres were deflated with road spikes at Brookfield, more than 20km away from where the chase started.
Police arrested three men and charged them with unlawful use of a motor vehicle.
One of the trio - the 27-year-old driver - was also charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, burglary, stealing and failing to stop a motor vehicle.
A fourth man, aged 28, managed to escape on foot but was tracked down by a police dog and arrested.
