Floodwater Pours Down Steps at Toronto's Union Station
Heavy rain caused widespread flooding across the greater Toronto area on Tuesday, July 16, submerging multiple roads, including sections of the Don Valley Parkway, inundating train stations, and cutting power to more than 167,000 customers.
