Flooding in the South expected after heavy rain
"Prolonged heavy rainfall" means there will be some flooding in the south of England on Sunday and Monday, the Environment Agency (EA) has said.
The Met Office has issued a yellow rain warning for the region, in place until 09:00 GMT on Monday.
Several flood alerts have been issued, with flood warnings for Maiden Newton, Dorset, and Blackwater and Newport on the Isle of Wight.
An EA spokesperson said teams were "out on the ground", operating flood defences, taking action to reduce the impact of flooding and supporting affected communities.
They added: "We urge people to remain vigilant over the weekend and advise anyone travelling to be especially careful and urge people to stay away from swollen rivers and not to drive through flood water as just 30cm (11.8 in) of flowing water is enough to move your car."

Police have also been warning drivers to take care on the roads.
Hampshire Roads Policing Unit suggested one driver should "buy a lottery ticket" after suffering only minor injuries when a vehicle overturned in flooded conditions on the A3 Southbound at Bramshott.
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary said an investigation was taking place to establish the full circumstances.
Some train services have been delayed, with heavy rain causing the railway line between Ryde Esplanade and Ryde St Johns Road to be blocked, with disruption expected into Sunday evening.
