SINGAPORE — Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) rates at selected gantries will be reduced for the December school holidays, said the Land Transport Authority (LTA) in a media release on Tuesday (16 November).
After completing its review, the LTA said that the ERP rates will be reduced during 19 time periods at gantries along Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE), Central Expressway (CTE) and Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE):
The revised rates will apply from Monday (22 November) to 3 January next year. These rates will revert to the pre-school holiday charges from 4 January.
ERP rates were reduced following the COVID-19 outbreak last year, as road traffic volume declined amid the circuit-breaker periods in April and May 2020. Subsequently, LTA have gradually restored ERP rates at several gantries over the past year.
