Video has been shared of an elderly man being pushed off a bus leading to his death.
Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department released video of the incident seeking witnesses.
The vision shows the man grabbing his walker as he prepares to step off the bus.
But as he prepares to step off the bus a person shoves him from behind.
He collapses on the pavement.
Police said the incident occurred on March 21.
The elderly man refused medication as authorities arrived to treat him. He later transported himself to hospital but died from his injuries on April 23.
Cadesha Bishop, 25, was arrested on May 6.
It’s alleged she was argumentative with people on the bus and as the man stepped off she and him were involved in a dispute.
It’s further alleged she shoved him from the bus.
She’s facing charges of open murder on an elderly-vulnerable person.
Police are still looking to speak with witnesses.
The man has been identified by NBC 3 News as 74-year-old Serge Fournier.
His friend Trevor Taylor told the news station Mr Fournier was a “wonderful person”.
Witnesses claim Mr Fournier had told Bishop to “be nicer to passengers”.
