A 1400-square metre property in Queensland has hit the market for $900,000 - but it hides a sexy secret.
The property is Queensland’s first legal brothel, known as Club 26, and is open to buyers for the first time in two decades. It’s being sold as a going concern, which means the buyer will be purchasing the warehouse and the brothel business.
The actual brothel is 450-square metres, with hot pink walls, a reception area and five bedrooms.
But Ray White real estate agents Jamie Davey and Lauren Mackay told Realestate.com.au that it’s an “excellent investment opportunity”.
According to realcommercial.com, the brothel is currently returning $67,473 net per annum, or 7.49 per cent, plus outgoings with 3 per cent annual increases.
“Club 26 is a long-term tenant with a well-established business and is currently on a five-year lease with a further five-year option,” Davey said.
The brothel is situated in Crestmead, which has an average annual growth of 0.45 per cent, according to CoreLogic. It’s close to the Logan motorway, features surrounding fencing and an extensive fit-out inside.
The brothel has a 3.9 star review on Google, with one customer saying it’s the best “bang for your buck”. Another said they would “100% come back again”.
