A man and woman allegedly caught with a stash of medical supplies including prescription forms at a southwest Sydney home, have been refused bail.

Philip Andronicos, 47, and Karla Renee Hanson, 43, were arrested in Ashcroft about 9am on Wednesday after police searched their Sutton Road unit.

Officers allegedly found scripts, doctors' stamps, patients' details and prescription drugs.

They were charged with a string of offences including possessing prescribed restricted substances and forging a prescription for restricted substances.

The pair appeared before Magistrate Sharon Holdsworth at Liverpool Local Court on Wednesday.

Andronicos entered a plea of not guilty and was refused bail.

Hanson's bail was also refused with the court finding her an unacceptable risk of committing a serious offence and endangering the safety of the community. She also pleaded not guilty.

Both cases were adjourned to June 20.
