A foul-mouthed ute driver has unloaded on paramedics for parking their ambulance on the road as they responded to an emergency inside.
A neighbour filmed the exchange after hearing the man's expletive-riddled rant from the street in the UK town of Runcorn.
A young female paramedic’s attempts to explain the situation to the man are in vain as he blasts her for not having her hazard lights on.
"How do you explain that? F***ing idiot,” he can be heard shouting.
"I've got your rego by the way… go and do your job properly, f*****g clown."
A spokesperson for North West Ambulance said they were lost for words how someone saving lives can be treated that way.
"This man needs to ask himself how he would feel if it was his grandparent or mum or dad that we were treating, would he be happy that we waste precious time searching for a better parking space?” the spokesperson told The Sun.
"Our staff work day and night to save lives, and do not deserve abuse from anyone for something as trivial as blocking a minor road.
The spokesperson said they would be more than happy to get in touch with the van driver an explain how “how every second counts when saving a life.”
It comes just days another driver left an angry note on an ambulance windscreen in the West Midlands complaining an ambulance was blocking his drive.
"You may be saving lives, but don't park your van in a stupid place and block my drive,” the note read.
West Midlands Ambulance staff have since confirmed the patient they were working on inside the house at the time later died in hospital.
Just heard from one of our staff that two crews were treating a cardiac arrest patient today - the most serious case we can attend - and someone banged on the side of the ambulance asking them to move as they couldn't get their car out!
