Missing three-year-old girl found safe

A frantic search for a missing three-year-old Queensland girl who police feared “may be at significant risk” has come to an end.

Officers issued an Amber Alert for the girl on Monday after she was taken from a Lehville Street address in Beenleigh on Sunday afternoon.

Queensland Police confirmed she had been found just after 10am.

She was described as 80cm in height, with a slim build with brown hair and blue eyes.

A 33-year-old man who was seen with the girl did not return to the address as planned, police said.

Police said they would like to thank the media and the public for their assistance.
