The man accused with killing a Melbourne mother while he was driving a truck has been charged with culpable driving.

David Stubbs, 45, has been charged with a host of driving offences that led to the death of Kathryn Curtis on July 18 last year.

The incident is alleged to have occurred at Boronia, just east of Melbourne.

Stubbs has been bailed to reappear at Melbourne Magistrates' Court on March 3, with strict conditions he doesn't leave the country.

He has also been charged with dangerous driving, recklessly engaging in conduct placing persons in danger of death, and careless driving along a highway.
