Concerns for teenage girl missing for more than a week

Police are asking for help to find a teenage girl reported missing in South East Queensland more than a week ago.

The 16-year-old was reported missing from the Gold Coast suburb of Oxenford on January 3.

She was last seen leaving a residence on Chubb Street at One Mile, a suburb of Ipswich, on December 30 about 7pm.

Concerns are held for her welfare because of her age and police say she also suffers from a medical condition.
