WATCH: Car salesman gets head stuck demonstrating door 'safety feature'

A car salesman has gotten his head stuck in a door while demonstrating the vehicle's "safety feature" to customers.

The footage, shot in northeastern China last Wednesday, shows the man telling the potential buyers about the "anti-stuck function" on the business van.

To demonstrate, he places his head inside the automatic door as it slides closed.

But the sensor does not detect his head and continues to close on his neck.

The salesman can be seen grabbing the car door and trying to push it open once realising the feature hasn't worked.
