Child sex charges for touching teen worker

The owner of a western Sydney doughnut shop is behind bars after allegedly sexually touching one of his teenage employees.

The 54-year-old was arrested on Wednesday after a 15-year-old girl reported a number of inappropriate incidents while working at the Wetherill Park business.

It's alleged the man sexually touched the girl in early August, before simulating a sex act and suggesting she accompany him to a hotel room a few days later.

"On the same day it is alleged he attempted to show the girl pornography on his mobile phone," NSW Police said in a statement on Thursday.

The girl reported the allegations to her school, who notified police.

The man has been charged with multiple child sex offences. He was refused bail to appear at Fairfield Local Court on Thursday.
