Manchester City are favourites to win this season’s Champions League after the quarter-final line-up was finally confirmed.

Europe’s premier club competition returned this week with the conclusion of four last-16 ties that had begun over five months ago, before the coronavirus shutdown.

Man City beat Real Madrid 2-1 to secure a 4-2 aggregate victory as they look to win the competition for the first time in their history.

German giants Bayern Munich are second favourites after they thumped Chelsea 7-1 on aggregate to continue their incredible form since the restart.

Paris Saint-Germain are another club looking for their first success in the competition and are third favourites but have the potential disadvantage of having played no competitive football since before lockdown.

Spanish pair Barcelona and Atletico Madrid come next in the betting after knocking out Napoli and Liverpool respectively, while Atalanta, RB Leipzig and Lyon are seen as the outsiders.
