Previous CBA outages
The first incident this year came in March when some CBA customers were unable to access their Netbank services.
Then in April this year CBA customers across the country were unable to use their cards after it suffered another major online outage.
In June, CBA was caught up in a major outage that affected numerous banks and companies.
ANZ, CommBank and Westpac were all affected as well as St George, Bank of Melbourne and Bank SA, Australia Post, Telstra and the NBN.
Around a week later on 23 June, CBA customers were left frustrated yet again when they were unable to access their accounts through the CommBank app or NetBank, or make any transactions.
In response CBA was giving affected customers $50 apology payments, though some customers who claim they were affected have complained about not receiving the payment.
