Larissa Brady died on May 5 at her daughter's graduation ceremony at Ohio State
A mom's death at her daughter's Ohio State University graduation ceremony has been ruled a suicide.
Larissa R. Brady, 53, died on May 5 of multiple blunt force injuries, according to an autopsy report obtained by PEOPLE.
According to the summary report, Brady was at the stadium for her daughter's graduation, but had separated from the rest of the family before her death. As her daughter entered the stadium, she reportedly told her "that she loved her and would always be her mother."
Brady had a reported history of bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder and anxiety, according to the autopsy report. She also had "two prior suicide attempts."
In May, the coroner's office said that Brady's death was being investigated as an apparent suicide, and the police did not suspect foul play.
The Franking County Coroner's Office previously told PEOPLE that Brady was pronounced dead on May 5 at 12:25 p.m. local time. She was identified by her fingerprints.

There were over 12,000 students in attendance that day, per CBS affiliate WBNS.
Following her death, the school released a statement, saying they were "grieving the death of Larissa Brady, a family member of one of our graduates."
"Our hearts go out to her family and friends during this exceptionally difficult time," said OSU spokesperson Ben Johnson, per CBS News, the Dispatch and the New York Post.
