Candice Warner reveals heartbreaking miscarriage news
Candice Warner has revealed she suffered a devastating miscarriage one week after her husband, former Australian Cricket vice-captain David Warner, held a tearful press conference to apologise for his role in the ball tampering scandal.
Candice has told Women’s Weekly magazine the couple had been elated when they discovered they were pregnant while in Cape Town.
She says the 23 hour flight home from South Africa and the media scrum were extremely stressful and that the miscarriage was a heartbreaking end to a horror tour.
