B*Witched have admitted that their fans fume if they show up on stage without their denim.
The Irish girl group – comprised of twins Edele and Keavy Lynch, Lindsay Armaou and Sinead O’Carroll – found fame back in the 90s with their jaunty song and dance numbers and love of double denim.
The C’est La Vie singers are still performing more than 25 years after they got together and marked St Patrick’s Day with an appearance on This Morning.
Host Alison Hammond confessed she loved the fact the pop stars were still in their jeans.
“We do get into trouble and people do get disappointed if we are not wearing the denim,” O’Carroll said.
“We actually turned up to a gig and we didn’t realise it was a denim party and we didn’t get the memo!”
“We were the only ones not in denim,” she admitted, as Hammond and co-host Dermot O’Leary roared with laughter
“I bet they were fuming?” Hammond asked.
“Fuming,” Armaou confirmed.
Keavy boasted that she had “triple on today”, pointing out her top, trousers and boots as the presenters said she was “killing it”.
Edele revealed the group, who are all in their 40s, still fit into some of the stage costumes they wore back in their heyday.
“We are still wearing a couple of the pieces, the jeans, like 501s or whatever, the classics,” she shared.
