Bus driver attacked by passenger who boarded with wrong ticket in north London

Police are hunting a bus passenger who attacked a driver when challenged about having the wrong ticket in north London.

Officers said the attack happened around Saturday, October 28 near Cricklewood Broadway.

A passenger boarded a bus with an invalid ticket and then assaulted the driver when challenged about his ticket, the Met Police said.

The driver, a man in his mid-30s, did not require any medical treatment.

The suspect is described as aged 30 to 40, 5ft 6ins and of north African appearance.

Officers on Sunday released an image of a man they wish to speak to in connection with the incident.
