Bride bucks tradition with 'beautiful' mother daughter first dance: 'I'm in tears'

A bride has shared the moment she mixed things up at her wedding by inviting her mother up for a 'heartfelt' first dance, cheered on by wedding guests.

Taking to TikTok, bride Miranda shared a video of her mother-daughter dance, along with the caption: "Let me tell you about my best friend."

She also added the hashtag #goodkaren, while the clip showed the pair dancing to the song 'Mom' by Meghan Trainor.

"This song has been our fav for years and it was so special to dance together at my wedding," she added in the comments.
