Boy, 12, fighting for life after being pulled from NSW pool
A boy has been rushed to hospital after being pulled from the water in a swimming pool.
The 12-year-old was unconscious when he was dragged out of the water in Wyong, on the NSW Central Coast, about 11am (AEDT) on Saturday.
An Ambulance NSW spokesperson told Yahoo News Australia CPR was performed on the boy before paramedics arrived.
When they did arrive at the scene, the boy was breathing.
He was rushed to John Hunter Hospital in Newcastle via the Westpac Rescue Helicopter.
The boy is in stable but critical condition and has been placed in a coma, according to Nine News.
