Man charged with snatching Brisbane boy

A missing toddler has been found at the home of his alleged kidnapper who has been charged with stealing the boy from a home in Brisbane's south.

The 20-month-old was taken from a residence in Darra about 4.10am on Sunday as his family slept. He was found safe at a Salisbury home later on Sunday morning.

A Salisbury man known to the family was arrested and later charged with one count each of child stealing and enter dwelling with intent at night.

The 31-year-old was caught on camera wearing running shoes, long pants, a shirt, mask, fingerless gloves and a baseball cap.

He is expected to appear at Richlands Magistrates Court on Monday.
