Officers said they found her white Toyota Corolla on Otford Road near bushland in Helensburgh at 3pm on Tuesday.

Ms Lamont-Salter’s body was found nearby about 7.30pm, according to NSW Police, who said the death was not suspicious.

A report is being prepared for the coroner.

Before her body was found, Ms Lamont-Salter’s sister Casey Knight made a desperate Facebook plea to find the 24-year-old.
