What else happened on The One Show?
Bailey and fellow guest Aston Merrygold of JLS discovered they have more in coming than just being former Strictly contestants. Host Jones also share a photograph of Bailey when he was in a boyband himself.
Bailey said: "Yes, [that's me. I played] keyboards and vocals And, oh, that was they were great days. I was doing my O-levels, though but yeah, it was great fun. It was a band called the Famous Five, which was slightly, a bit of a misnomer, 'cause nobody's heard of us, and there was actually six people in the band, but doesn't matter.
"We didn't have a dog but it was great fun. I loved it. I had the best time, and I sort of got a bit of experience, like performance experience, then, you know, like being on stage in front of people. You get the bug for it. That's what I sort of stayed with."
