A man has been extradited from Darwin to Queensland to face charges over a disturbance at a Logan City shopping centre 10 days ago.
The 32-year-old, allegedly the head of the Logan Rebels outlaw motorcycle gang, will appear in Brisbane Magistrates Court on Wednesday charged with intending to cause grievous bodily harm while a participant in a criminal organisation, affray and habitually consorting.
A 27-year-old man has already been charged over the incident in Loganholme on February 4, when he was allegedly armed with a machete. He was shot in the leg during the disturbance and a steel grate was smashed through the windscreen of a four-wheel drive.
Seven members of the Rebels gang were also charged on Friday with offences including acts intended to cause grievous bodily harm while a participant of a criminal organisation and affray.
