Big Brother has aired its first live eviction of the series, which featured Ryan Bradshaw packing his bags after losing the public vote-off to Rosie Williams, Nathan King and Dean Smith.

Friday's (October 11) episode was instead dominated by Marcello Spooks' antics though, who upset both Sarah Griffiths and Ali Bromley during Day 5.

Such was his uncomfortable behaviour, social media was awash with calls for Marcello's head.

Trouble brewed in the kitchen to begin with, as Marcello stopped Sarah just as she was about to cook some sausages for a sandwich. According to him, she'd be better off learning how to do them his way.

Understandably this didn't go down too well, with Sarah forcefully declining his help. "You gotta be careful with Sarah, you try and teach her something it turns into a masculine trip," he complained.

Later, Marcello jokingly suggested that he and Ali (who's in a relationship on the outside world) had "vape-kissed" by simply sharing a smoke out in the garden. Despite awkwardly apologising back inside, he went on to claim Ali "knew" what she was doing by joining him away from the other housemates.

Reacting on X, Big Brother fans were collectively appalled by what they'd seen from Marcello. "I really hope the crowd chant 'get Marcello out' tonight. He needs his ego checked," wrote one of them, while another declared: "I need marcello gone instantly EW UGH BLUGH".

Meanwhile, Ryan spent his final minute in the Big Brother house hugging each one of his co-stars, urging people to keep the "mischief" alive in his stead.

"[I'm] gutted to be fair," he told presenters AJ Odudu and Will Best. "Someone's gotta go first haven't they, so it's one of them!"
