The best things to watch on TV this weekend, 19-21 November, 2021
Friday
Children In Need - BBC One - 7pm
BBC One hands over the reigns to Pudsey Bear and friends tonight as the mammoth fundraiser returns.
Mel Giedroyc, Graham Norton, Chris Ramsey and Alex Scott host the star-studded event, with highlights including special instalments of I Can See Your Voice, The Wall and The Repair Shop.
There's also music from Ed Sheeran and the cast of 9 to 5 The Musical.
The Wheel of Time - Amazon Prime Video
If you're still looking to fill the Game of Thrones-shaped hole in your life, this adaptation of Robert Jordan's novels could well be a contender.
The fantasy series starring Rosamund Pike has had strong reviews for its tale of an adventuring group of five young people, one of who seems to be the reincarnation of a powerful being.

With 14 books to get through, there's plenty of story still to come.
Cowboy Bebop - Netflix
This new Netflix series is a live-action remake of a hit 90s Japanese anime series where the worlds of Hong Kong, Westerns and jazz soundtracks collided.
A dysfunctional group of bounty hunters take on a series of jobs that put them in the firing line of a range of dastardly villains as they ride the Bebop - a ship that sails across the galaxy.
Saturday
Strictly Come Dancing - BBC One - 6.35pm
It's one of the best theme weeks of the Strictly calendar - we've hit musicals week and the couples can't wait to guide us through Les Mis, Frozen and Mary Poppins.
However, it's bad news for Craig Revel Horwood as he'll be missing his favourite week while isolating after a positive COVID test.

The couples are in capable hands, with Broadway and screen star Cynthia Erivo keeping Revel Horwood's seat warm as guest judge.
Sunday
Doctor Who - BBC One - 6.20pm
Tonight's episode of the 13th season of Doctor Who is a particularly creepy one, as the Time Lord arrives in an apparently cursed 1960s village.
A child has gone missing, a professor is conducting psychic phenomenon experiments, and the dreaded Weeping Angels are back.
An Audience with Adele - ITV - 7.25pm
After such an Adele-centric news schedule over the last couple of weeks, you might be wondering whether the singer has anything left to say that hasn't already been told to Oprah or The Face.
However, her new album 30 is packed with the raw emotion of her split from Simon Konecki, a rarity from the usually private star and it sounds like there are plenty of anecdotes about her recordings still to come.

Of course, fans will want to tune in to hear her iconic voice, too - with a celeb-filled audience including Stormzy, Alan Carr and Mel B unable to resist singing along.
I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! - ITV - 9pm
The celebrities are heading back to Gwrych Castle this year and in tonight's series opener, Ant and Dec welcome the campmates to Wales where they're thrown straight into some horrifying challenges.
Richard Madeley, Arlene Phillips, Kadeena Cox, Frankie Bridge and David Ginola are amongst the famous faces kicking off this series - but who will be a castle hero and who will be a scaredy cat?
The show runs every night from Sunday as the celebs battle it out to be named King or Queen of the Castle.
