Crazy moment dad who killed his baby son is punched by boy's uncle

A man convicted of killing his baby son has been punched by the child’s uncle in court.

Kwin Boes, 23, of the US state of Indiana, was on Wednesday sentenced to 25 years’ jail for killing his three-month-old son Parker in May, 2018.

Parker died of blunt force trauma to the head. Boes pleaded guilty.

As Boes was leaving the courtroom in handcuffs, Parker’s uncle Jeremiah Hartley rushed in and punched the 23-year-old in the face.

It was captured on video.

Boes is escorted by police before Hartley runs over and smashes him into a wall.

He then punches Boes before police intervene and subdue him.

Boes is then taken away while Hartley is held on the ground and handcuffed.

Lisa Hartley, Jeremiah’s mother, told news station WEVV she had no clue her son was going to attack Boes.

“That really upset him just to see him come out,” she said.

“I don’t know if he heard how much time he got or if he was just upset about his nephew. This is a horrible crime.”

She added Parker “was such a sweetheart”.
