Daniel A. Groves and Jessica Groves, of the US state of Ohio, have been charged with the death of their son Dylan.

According to a report from the Montgomery County Coroner obtained by news station 11 Alive, Dylan had multiple fractures including to his head, left arm and left leg.

He was also wrapped in plastic bags and placed inside two milk crates which were chained together with padlocks and zip ties.

An iron anchor-type weight and several rocks were used to weigh it down.

Dylan’s parents have been charged with aggravated murder, murder, kidnapping, endangering children, tampering with evidence, interference with custody, gross abuse of a corpse and felonious assault.

Both have pleaded not guilty.
